Thank you for thinking about coming to Gynsyng for the first time! As a new customer, you will receive 20% off your first purchase, 25% off your second purchase, and 30% your third purchase! All new customers must make a Gynsyng profile in order to qualify for these discounts, as we can’t keep track of how many times anonymous customers have visited us.

^*Must show proof of identification to qualify for discounts. Anonymous customers are excluded from these deals.

Every time you visit Gynsyng, you MUST bring a valid and non-expired form of government-issued ID, such as a Driver’s License, Passport, or Non-Driver ID.

Gynsyng CANNOT accept photocopies or photos of identification documents on your phone. We must be able to scan your ID to allow you inside.

Gynsyng scans your ID to internally collect information that ensures our customers are over the age of 21, have a valid and non-expired ID and that they aren’t banned from our store for safety reasons.

This information stays internally within our scanner, and is not given out to any third parties. If you decide to make a profile with Gynsyng, we will collect your name, date of birth, city, phone number and email address. This allows us to send out newsletter emails for sales and confirmation messages when you order online and to keep track of which customers are local.

Customers are not obligated to create a profile. You may request to remain anonymous if you choose. However, we will still have to scan your ID before you enter the store.

Customers who remain anonymous will NOT be eligible for in-store sales, new customer discounts or Gynsyng’s loyalty program.

Yes! Hit the ‘Shop’ button at the top of our website to view our menu online. You can place an order online, but you must pay for it in-store. All loyalty points and discounts will be finalized in-store.

Orders placed online must be picked up the same day. We do not hold orders for more than one day to ensure that all of our customers have the opportunity to try our products. If you place an order after we close, it will be ready for you the following day.

Yes! Gynsyng offers delivery to local New Jersey customers in Merchantville, Maple Shade, Cherry Hill, and Pennsauken. We want the process to be as smooth as possible for our customers, so we are slowly introducing our delivery service.

Currently, Gynsyng will periodically send out emails to let customers know when delivery is available. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates on delivery and more.

If you are interested in having your products delivered, start by placing an order on our website. When checking out, if you see an option for “Delivery,” that means it’s available! You’ll be prompted to enter your address and upload a photo of your ID to confirm your information. If you live within our delivery area, our site will let you complete the checkout process.

Once your order is placed, a Gynsyng team member will call you to confirm your purchase and give you an approximate arrival time. You can use cash, debit, or CanPay for delivery orders.

If you would like to use loyalty points on a delivery order, you must let us know when we first call you, as your total needs to be confirmed BEFORE we leave the store. Have your ID and form of payment ready for us, and we will be there ASAP with your order!

Gynsyng is proud to become one of the first New Jersey dispensaries with a consumption lounge! We are still waiting for approval from the NJCRC, but soon you will be able to consume cannabis inside the lounge. Learn more about our Consumption Lounge.

Customers are prohibited from consuming cannabis on the sales floor, in the vestibule area or in the bathrooms.

Gynsyng accepts cash payments and debit transactions via our cashless ATM debit readers. We also accept digital payments via CanPay. Gynsyng does NOT accept credit cards, tap-to-pay options like Apple Pay or Samsung Pay, Venmo or Cashapp.

If you choose to pay with a debit card, you will be charged a $3.50 fee to use the cashless ATM debit readers. The debit readers also round up to the nearest five dollar interval, but you will be given the difference back in cash.

Gynsyng also has two ATMs on-site that have a $2.50 fee per transaction.

The NJCRC prohibits phone conversations on the sales floors of dispensaries. Since we cannot know who is on the other end of the call, we want to prevent customers potentially making purchases for underage individuals.

If you need to take a call, please do so in the vestibule area, outside or in our lounge.

If your child cannot be left unattended, you will be allowed to bring them inside. Children must be accompanied by their parent or guardian and supervised at all times when inside the building.

Once the consumption lounge opens, only those over 21 will be allowed in the consumption lounge.

Yes! Gynsyng is very dog friendly, as long as your pup is friendly. We even have free dog treats available for your furry friend.

Yes, as a state-licensed dispensary, Gynsyng sells real Delta-9 THC products grown in New Jersey by state-licensed cultivators. All of the products on our menu have gone through rigorous third-party testing to ensure they are safe and up to state standards for consumption.

Each product also has its own Certificate of Analysis (CoA), which details the lab results for quality, safety and potency. Customers can request a CoA for any product at any time.

Delta-9 THC is the most commonly known form of THC, found naturally in the cannabis plant. It is responsible for the psychoactive “high” you feel, along with many of the other medicinal benefits that consumers get from cannabis. It is highly regulated by the state and still federally illegal. Delta-9 THC is what Gynsyng and other state-licensed cannabis dispensaries sell.

Delta-8 THC is also found naturally in cannabis, but in very small amounts. Delta-8 THC can also be synthetically derived from CBD found in hemp. The 2018 Farm Bill legalized hemp in the US, which is why you might see Delta-8 THC in places other than licensed dispensaries, such as smoke shops or gas stations.

There is a difference between the effects and the safety of Delta-8 and Delta-9. D9 THC typically is more potent, while D8 THC produces a milder high. Delta-8 products are also unregulated, which can pose safety concerns over the quality and content of the products being sold. We always recommend that you search for cannabis that has been third-party tested to ensure you’re getting a safe and effective product.

No, all of the products that Gynsyng sells have some amount of THC in them. We do not sell any strictly CBD flower, vapes, or edibles. However, many of our products, especially edibles, may contain both THC and CBD, as well as other cannabinoids like CBN and CBG.

No, Gynsyng and other regulated cannabis dispensaries are not allowed to sell any tobacco products, including tobacco papers or blunt wraps.

THCa is the natural precursor to THC before it is heated or combusted. THCa is a chemical compound found in raw, live cannabis flower. Once heat is applied, the THCa is converted into THC. The percentages you see on our site are the amount of raw THCa found in each item, before heat is applied through smoking or vaping the product.

THCa is non-psychoactive, which is why you need to “decarb” (decarboxylate) flower before making edibles, and why eating raw cannabis won’t make you high.

We understand that the percentages and acronyms can be a bit confusing, and we always recommend that you speak to a Gynsyng budtender if you have additional questions.

While we try to keep our shelves stocked with popular products, it isn't always up to us what strains and products are available when we order from the brands we carry. We may be sold out of something, or our suppliers may not currently carry a particular product.

There may be a slight difference in the potency and cannabinoid content between different batches of the same product. We try to keep our menu as updated as possible, but if we get more of a product before running out of our last batch, the numbers may be a bit off.

We are happy to take a look at the percentages on the product packaging before you make your purchase, to be sure you get exactly what you’re looking for.

No, we don’t grow or package anything ourselves. All of the cannabis products that Gynsyng sells are purchased through state-licensed cultivators.

Unfortunately, no. All products are packaged by their manufacturers before being sent to us and must remain unopened while inside our building. If you are unsatisfied with a product after opening it at home, refer to Gynsyng’s guarantee for more details.

Once our consumption lounge is approved and opens, we are looking to do vendor pop ups and educational events where you can see, and possibly try, the product before buying it.

No, products cannot be opened on the sales floor or anywhere else inside the store. However, you will be permitted to open packages inside the consumption lounge once we are approved.
