Placing an Order
Residents of Merchantville, Maple Shade, Pennsauken, Moorestown and Cherry Hill qualify for local cannabis delivery from Gynsyng. If you live in one of these towns, we can deliver to you!
Select "Delivery" when checking out from our online menu. You'll be prompted to enter your address and upload a photo of your ID to confirm your identity. If you live close enough to qualify for delivery, our site will let you complete the checkout process.
You must be present for the delivery so that we can confirm your identity. We can only delivery to a residential address.
Place an order at our online menu during Gynsyng’s normal hours. At checkout, select “Delivery” as your Order Type. Once you’ve entered the required information, we’ll send you a text to confirm that your delivery order has been placed.
If you place an order after Gynsyng closes, you’ll receive the delivery the next day. We will give you a call or text the following morning to confirm your order.
Currently, a Gynsyng staff member is available to deliver on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during our normal business hours. However, the hours may vary from week to week.
When checking out online, you will see an option for Delivery if it is available. If for some reason we cannot deliver your order, we’ll give you a call.

Right now, Gynsyng only offers same-day delivery. You cannot place orders in advance.

Yes, there is a $40 minimum for delivery orders. Orders between $40 and $100 will be charged an additional $5 delivery fee. Delivery orders over $100 will have the fee waived.

Getting Your Order
We will send you a text confirmation once your order has been received. We’ll also continue to send you text updates when we are leaving and when we’ve arrived.
You can use cash or debit for delivery orders.
If you’re using cash, we’ll ask you exactly how much you have so that we can bring the proper amount of change.
All debit transactions will be rounded up to the nearest $5, which we will give back in change. Debit transactions will also be charged an addition $3.50 transaction fee.
Yes, just let us know you would like to use loyalty points when we text you about your order. Your total needs to be confirmed BEFORE we leave the store to make your delivery.
No, you must be present at the time of delivery. You cannot place an order to be sent to a friend or relative. You must have your ID ready to be checked by our driver.
You can have the delivery sent to any residential address. You cannot have deliveries sent to your workplace or a non-residential address.
You can add instructions when placing your order. Additionally, once your order is placed, we’ll send you a text to let you know that we received your order. If you have any additional instructions or questions, just send us a text back!
We will send you a text or call you once we are at your house. We will also ring your doorbell or knock on your door.
