Let's be real. 99% of dispensaries don't offer any returns at all. Once your purchase leaves the building, it's yours, too bad, too sad. We don't think that's fair. If the item you purchased has a manufacturing defect, that's not your fault. If that's the case, we'll make things right for you.

Why doesn't every dispensary have a return policy? Because they are afraid their dear customers will take advantage of it. Well, let's try this: you treat us fairly and we'll treat you fairly. Deal?

Vapes: If you purchase a vape product with defective hardware (i.e. not drawing on multiple batteries or does not charge) or the contents are spilled out of the cartridge in the original packaging, Gynsyng will replace it with a comparably priced item at no charge within 60 days of initial purchase after being reviewed by management.

Flower: If you purchase a flower product that turns out to be empty or has mold or impurities, Gynsyng will replace it with a comparably priced item within 30 days of initial purchase after being reviewed by management.

Pre-Rolls: If you purchase a pre-roll product with that is empty, has mold, or is damaged, Gynsyng will replace it with a comparably priced item within 30 days of initial purchase after being reviewed by management. If the package does not contain the expected number of pre-rolls, Gynsyng will make up the short fall with a comparably priced item.

Edibles: If you purchase an edible product that is expired, missing product, or inedible, Gynsyng will replace it with a comparably priced item at no charge within 60 days of initial purchase after being reviewed by management.

Concentrates: If you purchase a concentrate product that is empty or the contents are spilled out when you open the original packaging, Gynsyng will replace it with a comparably priced item within 60 days of initial purchase.

Topicals: If you purchase a topical product that is empty or the contents are spilled out of original packaging, Gynsyng will replace it with a comparably priced item within 60 days of initial purchase.
